Caravane Earth presents a documentary about the architect Abdelwahed El-Wakil, one of the most important pioneers of inherited architecture in the Arab world and beyond. El-Wakil is known for his sustainable and environmentally friendly designs and is considered one of the most important experts when it comes to traditional architectural styles. He is the most important reference regarding contemporary Islamic architecture.

Caravane Earth embraces this documentary and its research in the field of heritage architecture and through this project is preparing to integrate this research into the programs of international institutions related to the fields of education and culture.

We believe that architectural identity is a living and authentic expression of the culture and identity of different societies and that it has beneficial functions on both material and spiritual levels. Heritage is indeed one of the most influential factors when it comes to architecture.
